Give a Kid a Camera: Signs of Fall

by Debi Huang

Give A Kid a Camera is a monthly series highlighting recent submissions to the Flickr pool. Come show us what nature looks like through the eyes of your young explorer(s).

September’s Inspiration: Signs of Fall

Browning Cactus at Cabrillo National Monument by Abbey’s World (Eliza, age 5)
Browning Plants at Cabrillo National Monument by Abbey’s World (Eliza, age 5)

Tree Relief at Yosemite Falls by Go Explore Nature (The Big Explorer, age 6.5)

October’s Challenge: Leaves
Are the leaves in your neck of the woods changing colors? Falling from the trees? Piling up in your yard? Set your explorer to work capturing images of leaves near you – then come share them with the rest of us!

To join the fun, head to the Give a Kid a Camera group on Flickr, then upload a photo of nature taken by a child. (Please only share photos that you have permission to share.) Each month I pick some of my favorites to highlight here.

Happy exploring!

It's always nice to share.
