Okay, I admit it: The Explorers and I have yet to go ice skating – indoors or out. (The Big Explorer has a curious fear of falling and I’m not too sure-footed myself.)
But after checking out all the options available right here in Los Angeles, I’m thinking this is the year we finally give it a try.
If you’re wondering where you can glide on ice outdoors this holiday season, look no further! These 5 spots are sure to provide plenty of festive outdoor fun for the entire family.
CHILL at the W Los Angeles-Westwood
From the sounds of it, this 1,600-square-foot creation is all about the glitz and glam of Hollywood – which certainly isn’t my thing. But there’s also an hourly “snowfall,” which can seriously dazzle snow-deprived little ones. On weekends, kids can also decorate gingerbread cookies.
